With GHI-ROUNDFLEX, it is possible to curve the plywood by rotating adjustment spindles
This spindle system allows continuous adjustment of the various radii starting from as small as 1,00 m
By the use of extension connectors, various combinations of heights can be achieved
The ROUNDFLEX shutters are delivered fully assembled to the customer
All shutters are connected easily and quickly with the APC (Alignment Panel Coupler). This connects continuously and allows filler timbers to be fitted between the shutters up to a maximum clamping length of 380 mm
ROUNDFLEX can be easily combined with TRITEC® and TRITEC® light panel formwork

The Roundflex System consists of one Inside Panel and one Outside Panel, available heights are 60 cm, 120 cm, 240 cm, 300 cm and 360 cm.

Each Panel for radii ≥ 4,00m consists of one Inside Panel with a width of 250,00cm , one Outside Panel in width of 240 cm and one film coated plywood in a thickness of 21mm.
Each Panel for radii ≥ 2,50m consists of one Inside Panel with a width of 128,00cm , one Outside Panel in width of 123 cm and one film coated plywood in a thickness of 18mm.
Each Panel for radii ≥ 1,00m consists of one Inside Panel with a width of 85,00cm , one Outside Panel in width of 72 cm and two pieces of film coated plywood in a thickness of 9mm.
